Mobvoi has released a YouTube video offering hints of its next product release. It appears to be a new smartwatch, most likely of the Ticwatch line. The OEM claims that it can "boost your daily efficiency" and has an improved heart rate monitor.

Ticwatch is a popular series of (mostly) Wear OS devices that are also often designed to look as much like "real" timepieces as possible. Their maker, Mobvoi, has released an official video containing glimpses of an upcoming release that gives the impression of being the latest addition to this line.

With its dual side buttons and what looks like a built-in strap, this new watch may resemble the Ticwatch Pro strongly. However, unlike this smartwatch, one of these buttons has a diamond-cut pattern running around its round side, which matches the device's outer bezel. This lends the new wearable a more premium aspect.

This upcoming watch is also touted as a "boost" to the user's efficiency, which, according to a separate leak, could be Mobvoi for LTE connectivity. The OEM has also released 3 additional details about the putative new Ticwatch. One is that it has an "advanced and precise" heart-rate monitor; another is that the watch can track health- and fitness-tracking telemetry, and the last is that it offers "seamless" notification monitoring.

The OEM will continue to release similar, subsequent nuggets of preview, one a day until the new product is released. This event is set for July 10, 2019. In the meantime, Mobvoi is offering the chance to sign up to its mailing list in return for a discount code on this new wearable.
