TicWatch or Mobvoi — the company behind it — might not ring any bells for many tech geeks around, but this Chinese smartwatch brand has been around for a while. Those who have been keeping an eye on Google's movements in the smart wearable space should remember that Google and Mobvoi teamed up to deliver the Moto 360 in China. Now, it looks like a waterproof TicWatch is on its way.
Dubbed TicWatch E2, this upcoming wearable will be the successor of the TicWatch 2 and the TicWatch Pro, but the official teaser does not say much. In fact, the tagline is "Water is now a friend of your watch" and there is no other detail next to it, so we can only guess - Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 and Wear OS? Maybe yes, maybe not.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch might soon get an interesting competitor in the shape of the TicWatch E2. The problem? There is no release date to talk about yet, so we should wait and see what will be revealed in the next teaser. Until that one drops by, feel free to take a guess in the comments section. We are not awarding anything special if you hit the jackpot with a perfect prediction, but you will surely get a lot of Karma from everyone, so don't be shy and give it a try.
