Mangmi shares display and charging specs for Air Y series, alongside a new teaser video

After revealing it has two vertical Android handhelds on the way, Mangmi has now provided additional details of the devices, which will arrive as the Air Y and Air Y Pro. The new info focuses on the display of the two devices.
According to Mangmi, the Air Y series will have a 4.2-inch IPS touch display with a 1280 × 960 resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio. This is a larger display than that of the TrimUI Brick Pro which has a 3.95-inch 1024 × 768 resolution. The display is also stated to have a 110% sRGB color gamut and a peak brightness of 500 nits.
In addition to the display parameters, Mangmi has also shared a 3D teaser video of the Air Y series that provides a better look at the two handhelds. According to the video description, the Mangmi Air Y and Mangmi Air Y Pro will have a front breathing light logo and a metallic scroll wheel.
The video itself shows the two handhelds have curved shoulder buttons and an air vent. It is also printed on the back that the Air Y will support 5V 3A (15W) charging while the Air Y Pro will support 9V 2A (18W) charging. What is interesting with this new teaser is that the colors of the handhelds from the first teaser image are reversed.
In the teaser image, the Air Y was shown to have a black finish while the Air Y Pro has a white finish. However, this video render shows the Air Y in white while the Air Y Pro is black. It is not clear if this is a mistake made during the creation of the renders, or if it means each of the handhelds will be available in black and white color options.
Mangmi says it will share more details soon; lets hope it reveals the specific Qualcomm processor(s) and the battery capacity in its next announcement.
