MIUI 13.0.7 Stable: One unexpected software update for the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro
Earlier this month, Xiaomi released a software update for the Mi 10T Pro (and non-Pro, as usual) which included the April security patch for the Android system beneath the MIUI skin. Out of the blue, today arrives the rather large MIUI 13.0.7 Stable patch which is one of the few pieces of code released for this handset so far that keeps up with the monthly security updates from Google.
The update has 819 MB in size and the official description, as usual, only mentions the date of the Android security patch and the fact that the refreshed software increases the system security. Some minor bug fixes and tweaks might also be included, but these small touches are never mentioned in the official "What's New" text that comes with the MIUI updates.
The new software version for the European Mi 10T Pro is labeled 13.0.7.0.SJDEUXM. It includes the Android version 12 SKQ1.211006.001 and the security patch dated June 1, 2022. Since the MIUI 13 update came with quite a few problems for various handsets, the subsequent patches often solved some problems without mentioning it in the official documentation.
In my case, it might take a while to figure out if the battery drain problem is still present. I cannot tell you anything about this yet because I got the update earlier today and I wanted to share the news with you as quickly as possible. This being said, the comments section is all yours, so if you are a Xiaomi user, feel free to share your MIUI 13 bugs-related experiences with the rest of us.
