Limited edition Seiko x Sega collab watches on the way

Two new Seiko x Sega collaboration watches have been unveiled in Japan. These products celebrate the Japanese video game company’s 65th anniversary, with Sega founded in 1960.
The Sega 65th Anniversary Seiko Collaboration Model is available in two colorways: Black and Silver. The Black watch has a black dial with a blue tachymeter and a black ion-plated casing and strap. The Silver watch has a white face with the tachymeter ring in black, and silver colored stainless steel case and bracelet. Both of the Sega x Seiko watches have Arabic numerals in the Sega font, with the Seiko and Sega logos both in the 3 o’clock position.
These limited edition Seiko watches are powered by a 7T92 caliber, with three analog hands and a basic date display. There are three inset dials linked to the stopwatch function, with an outline of the character Sonic the Hedgehog found in the 6 o’clock subdial. According to the company, these watches are water resistant to 10 bar, and have a 15 second monthly loss/gain rate. The metal casing measures 47.2 x 39.2 x 11.25 mm (~1.86 x 1.54 x 0.44 inches). Plus, each watch has a serial number engraved on the case back, below the Sega 65th anniversary logo.
In Japan, you can currently pre-order the Sega 65th Anniversary Seiko Collaboration watches for ¥71,500 (~$457) each at the Kadokawa online store. Both variants are set for release in early October 2026. A banner on the listings indicates these products can be shipped to customers in other countries via WorldShopping.
