Seiko's new Astron, Presage, and other 145th anniversary watches now available to buy

Seiko’s four-watch lineup for its 145th anniversary is now officially available for purchase, following earlier announcements and previews. The collection includes watches from Astron, Presage, King Seiko, and Prospex, with each model released as a limited edition as a higher-end commemorative piece.
Leading the lineup is the Astron SSH186J1, limited to 1,500 pieces. It is the most expensive model in the group, priced at SGD 4,796 (~$3,775). The watch uses Seiko’s GPS Solar Astron platform and has a black case and bracelet accented by gold-tone details across the bezel, dial, and pushers. The design clearly puts it in a league separate from regular Astron releases.
The Presage SPB538J1 sits at the opposite end of the price range. Limited to 1,450 pieces, it is listed at SGD 2,507 (~$1,973). This model takes a more traditional approach, pairing a gold-tone case with a white dial and Roman numerals, finished with a leather strap. Compared to the other three watches, the Presage is the most classically styled, clearly for buyers looking for a dress-focused piece.
King Seiko is represented by the SJE121J1, limited to 800 pieces and priced at SGD 4,542.10 (~$3,575). It features a steel case and bracelet with a dark textured dial and subtle gold accents on the hands and markers. The overall design is still faithful to modern King Seiko releases, with the anniversary treatment applied in a very measured way rather than through bold design choices.
Rounding out the collection is the Prospex Speedtimer SRQ059J1, limited to 700 pieces and priced at SGD 3,634.10 (~$2,860). This mechanical chronograph uses a silver dial with gold-tone hands and indices, paired with a steel bracelet. Among the four, it has the smallest production run, which may make it the hardest to find as availability changes.
All four watches are now listed as available to buy on Seiko's Singapore website.
