New Citizen x seconde/seconde/ collaboration watch coming soon

A new Citizen x seconde/seconde/ collaboration watch is on the way. Both the Japanese watchmaker and the independent brand have recently been teasing the upcoming model on social media (posts below).

The first image showed an image of a pixelated katana, a Japanese sword, embedded in a rock. The sword has a blue handle, matching the shade used in the background of a second image, which appears to confirm that this is a Tsuyosa watch. It could be that this blue color is used for the watch dial, and the face may also feature this pixelated katana image. 

The most recent post includes two images. One seemingly shows the Citizen and seconde/seconde/ logos engraved on a stainless steel bracelet clasp, and the other appears to show the watch’s packaging pierced by a katana.

The Citizen x seconde/seconde/ collaboration watch is set to be unveiled on February 20th 2026. It has been teased on Citizen’s social media in countries including Japan, the US and the UK, pointing to a global launch. How much this timepiece will cost, and whether there will be limited stock, remains to be seen.
