Casio launches new metal analog watch with minimalist design
The Casio LTP1234PDC-7B watch is now available in the US. This analog watch has a relatively simple, timeless design, with a rectangular face. It arrives a couple of months after the brand released the gold tone LTP1234PGC-7A watch in this market.
Casio’s LTP1234PDC-7B features an off-white dial with bold, black Arabic numerals. It has an ion-plated stainless steel casing, measuring 32 × 21 × 7.4 mm (~1.26 x 0.83 x 0.29 inches). This is accompanied by a matching metal band with a one-touch 3-fold clasp, with the timepiece weighing 56 g (~1.98 oz). The dial is protected by mineral glass, and the watch is water resistant for everyday use.
The LTP-1234 series watch has three silver-coloured analog hands for the hour, minute and second. According to Casio, these should remain accurate to within 20 seconds each month. Plus, the watch should run for around three years on its SR626SW battery before this needs replacing.
In the US, you can now buy the Casio LTP1234PDC-7B watch at the brand’s online store for $69.95. Whether or when this model will be released in European countries like Germany is unclear.
