Casio releases new G-Shock matte Smoke Dial watches in more countries

Casio has released the G-Shock Smoke Dial GA-2100 series watches in the EU, following its recent launch in the UK. Also already available in the US, these hybrid watches are said to have been inspired by “music-led nights”.

In countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany, you can now buy the Casio G-Shock Smoke Dial GA-2100K-1A, GA-2100K-2A and GA-2100K-5A watches for €129 each. Customers are offered free shipping in two to three business days, and there do not appear to be any stock limitations at the time of writing.

The Casio G-Shock Smoke Dial watches have similar design features, mimicking laser beams in a nightclub. These are a piano black dial with neon accents, including the analog hands, and a hazy, semi-transparent bezel, casing and strap. The three colorways are the gray/turquoise GA-2100K-1A, the blue/orange GA-2100K-2A and the brown/red GA-2100K-5A.

Casio’s G-Shock GA-2100 is a shock resistant watch with a carbon core guard structure. It is said to offer 200 m water resistance, and should run for around three years on its battery. Users can select from a list of 48 cities to set their time zone, and there are both 12 and 24 hour time formats. On the hybrid watch’s digital display, you can view the date and day of the week. Plus, these watches offer tools like a 1/100th second stopwatch, a countdown timer, hourly time signals and multiple alarms.
