Casio G-Shock MIP LCD watches now available more widely in US

The Casio G-Shock GMWBZ5000D-1, GMWBZ5000BD-1, and GMWBZ5000GD-9 watches are now available more widely in the US. The three models launched in November 2025 and have since been available at select jewelers in the US.

Now, at the brand’s online store in the US, you can buy the Casio G-Shock GMWBZ5000D-1 watch for $660, and the G-Shock GMWBZ5000GD-9 watch for $720. These models are also available at the G-Shock Soho Store in New York and at some department stores. While the G-Shock GMWBZ5000BD-1 is also listed on the brand’s website (RRP $720), it is not currently in stock here.

Casio’s G-Shock GMWBZ5000D-1 has a silver design with a black background MIP LCD. The GMWBZ5000BD-1 has the same display, but with a black ion-plated casing and strap, and gold accents. The GMWBZ5000GD-9 is a gold ion-plated watch with black accents and a light background display. Each has a stainless steel casing and band, offering 200 m water resistance.

The G-Shock GMWBZ5000 has features like radio control (Multiband 6), Bluetooth for Smartphone Link, and Tough Solar charging for a longer battery life. On the watch, users can quickly switch between two chosen time zones, and access tools like alarms, a timer and a stopwatch. The digital display shows the time and date information, and can be illuminated with an LED backlight. These watches have been available for some time in European countries like the UK and Germany.
