Casio launches new hybrid watches with polarized finishes

Three new Casio G-Shock Baby-G BA-100 series watches have been launched in Japan. Also set for release in other markets globally, the BA-110PD-2A, the BA-110PD-4A and the BA-110PS-7A have pastel colored designs, and are marketed as “highly practical and seriously functional”.
The Baby-G BA-100PD watches have polarized resin bezel, casing and strap, for a lustrous finish. There are also heart-shaped motifs on the hour hand and as a metallic accent in the 3 o’clock position. The BA-110PD-2A has a blue face and strap, the BA-110PD-4A has pink features across the dial and band, while the BA-110PS-7A has a pink/purple dial and a transparent strap.
Casio’s Baby-G BA100 is a hybrid watch, with two analog hands, two digital displays and a digital indicator. Users can choose from a list of 48 cities to adjust the time zone as necessary, as well as 12 and 24 hour time formats. There are tools like a stopwatch, a timer, hourly time signals and five daily alarms. Plus, this shock resistant model is water resistant to 100 m, and an LED backlight can be used to illuminate the screen in darker environments.
In Japan, you can now buy the Casio G-Shock Baby-G BA-110PD-2A, BA-110PD-4A and BA-110PS-7A watches for ¥16,500 (~$105) each. All three variants are also listed as February 2026 releases on the brand’s international website. However, it is unclear whether or when they could arrive in countries like the US or Germany.
