New Casio G-Shock matte Smoke Dial watches now available in US

The new Casio G-Shock GA2100K watches are now available in the US. This Smoke Dial series has already been released in other markets like the UK.

Now, at Casio’s online store in the US, you can buy the G-Shock GA2100K-1A, GA2100K-2A and GA2100K-5A watches for $135 each. These products can also be purchased at the brand's physical store in SoHo New York, as confirmed on social media.

Casio’s G-Shock GA2100K watch designs are said to have been inspired by nightlife. Each features a semi transparent, matte bezel made of resin and neon accents, like lasers cutting through a fog machine. Other elements of the design include piano black dials with matching dark background digital displays, and Neobrite hands. The GA2100K-1A is smoky gray with turquoise accents, the GA2100K-2A is blue with bright orange accents, and the GA2100K-5A is brown/gray with red accents. 

Features of the G-Shock GA-2100 include a Carbon Core Guard structure for lightweight shock resistance, and 200 m water resistance. This hybrid watch has two analog hands, with the day of the week shown on an indicator dial, and the date provided on the digital display. It supports world time, with a daylight savings option, and has tools like a precise stopwatch, a countdown timer and five daily alarms. Plus, a double LED backlight ensures you can read the watch in darker conditions.

These Casio G-Shock Smoke Dial GA-2100 watches are also expected to be released in EU countries like Germany in the near future, with an RRP of €129.
