Casio launching new Edifice watches with slim metal bezel soon

Casio has listed three new Edifice EFR-575 series watches on its international website. Each of these chronographs has a classic sports car-inspired design, made to look like a convex glass gauge. Other features include a slim metal bezel surrounding a graduated dial and push buttons on either side of the crown.
The new Casio Edifice EFR-575C-8A has a dark gray face with black dials, a silver colored stainless steel casing, and a light gray fabric strap. The EFR-575D-4A has a striking purple face, again with black dials and a silver case, though it comes with a matching silver tone metal strap. The third model, the EFR-575CL-5A, has a brown dial, with a gold ion-plated metal casing and a brown leather strap.
Each Edifice EFR-575 chronograph has three analog hands, remaining accurate to within 20 seconds each month, and a basic date display. One of the three inset dials shows the time in a 24 hour format, while the other two are linked to the watch’s 1-second stopwatch function. This model is water resistant to 100 m, and has an estimated battery life of two years.
On the Casio international website, the Edifice EFR-575C-8A, EFR-575CL-5A, and EFR-575D-4A watches are marked as February 2026 releases, though an exact launch date is not provided. The pricing of these chronographs has yet to be officially confirmed. However, French retailer David et Philly suggests that the EFR-575C-8A and EFR-575D-4A could be priced at €129 in the EU, with the EFR-575CL-5A more expensive at €149.
