Two new Casio skeleton watches with metallic finishes arrive

Casio has launched two new F-91 series skeleton band watches in Japan. The Casio Collection Pop F-91WS-7A2 and the F-91WS-7A3 digital watches have metallic designs and are relatively lightweight.
The Casio F-91WS-7A2 has a yellow gold resin casing, with white accents around a golden-hued digital display. Meanwhile, the F-91WS-7A3 has a rose gold resin casing with light pink accents, with a gray background to its rectangular screen. Both of these watches come with clear resin straps and weigh 21 g (~0.74 oz) each.
Casio’s F-91 watches displays the time in either a 12 or 24 hour format as well as the day of the week and the date. Users can access tools like hourly time signals, a daily alarm and a stopwatch accurate to 1/100th of a second. Plus, the calendar is automatic, with 28 days set for February, and should remain accurate to within 30 seconds each month. These waterproof watches also have an LED backlight and a relatively long battery life of around seven years.
Customers in Japan can currently pre-order the Collection Pop F-91WS-7A2 and F-91WS-7A3 watches for ¥3,300 (~$21) each at the brand’s online store. It is unclear whether or when these products could be released in other markets like North America, where the brand sells older F-91 series models like the F91WM-1B (curr. $26.50 at Amazon).
