Casio officially launches 4 new metal watches with red displays

Shortly after Casio's four metal-accented watches surfaced online, the company has now officially launched the said G-Shock "Fine Metallic" watches in Japan - all confirmed for a February 2026 release. The lineup includes the GM-110YRA-8JF, GM-2100YRA-8JF, GM-5600YRA-8JF, and GM-6900YRA-8JF, each featuring a stainless steel bezel paired with a red-tinted display.
The two analog-digital models sit at the higher end of the range. The GM-110YRA-8JF, based on the 110 series, measures 51.9 × 48.8 × 16.9 mm and weighs 106 g, while the GM-2100YRA-8JF adopts the slimmer 2100 series case at 49.3 × 44.4 × 11.8 mm and 84 g. Both use a resin case with a stainless steel bezel, a soft-touch silicone band, 20-bar water resistance, shock resistance, and a quoted battery life of around three years. Pricing for both models is set at ¥40,150 (~$260) including tax.
The digital-only models are slightly more affordable. The GM-5600YRA-8JF measures 49.6 × 43.2 × 12.9 mm and weighs 76 g, while the GM-6900YRA-8JF is larger at 53.9 × 49.7 × 18.6 mm and 107 g. Both feature stainless steel bezels, resin cases, silicone bands, 20-bar water resistance, and an estimated five-year battery life. These two models are priced at ¥37,400 (~$242) including tax.
Across all four watches, Casio uses mineral glass, white LED backlighting, full auto calendars, alarms, timers, stopwatches, world time support, and standard G-Shock shock resistance. The neat red display across the lineup is the major visual highlight of this collection.
