Deal | New physics-based free co-op game goes trending on Steam thanks to pure chaos

Steam sees a countless number of new free games each week. While many of them drown in the vast library of the platform, some stand out, and Delivery & Beyond is one of them. It's a new free game that's climbing Steam's charts, and it leans hard on one idea: completing delivery jobs is optional, but chaos is not.
With support for up to five-player co-op play, teams get contracts across the open-world map, but none of them needs to be completed in a sensible way. For example, if the packages are not readily available for collection, players are free to break into buildings, collect scraps from furniture and electronics, and then generate something deliverable.
This trending free game puts a heavy emphasis on movement and physics, and one of the standout mechanics is "prop surfing." It allows players to ride almost any loose object as a makeshift vehicle. Players can improvise barrels, chairs, and cabinets into high-speed launch platforms. All of these make the traversal aspect of Delivery & Beyond more like a physics sandbox (similar to Goat Simulator 3 that's curr. $11.99 on Humble Bundle).
The tight, polished mechanics, with smart pacing, can keep multiplayer sessions chaotic, which eventually makes the gameplay fun and engaging. Speaking of which, the sessions don't need to be long, and the open-world map makes this Steam free game highly replayable for groups of friends.
While all that sounds great, as with any new free games, it's yet to be seen whether Delivery & Beyond can keep things interesting for the long term. Per SteamDB, it has a 24-hour peak of 614 players, with the all-time peak being 971 players. Currently, the average is 300+ players, which, of course, isn't bad for a game that was released on January 27, 2026. Check out the video below to learn more.
