Casio launches new Oceanus watch with striking sapphire bezel ring

The Casio Oceanus Manta OCW-S7000F-2A watch has been launched in Japan. This new model arrives a couple of months after the brand released the Oceanus Manta OCW-S7000CN-1A watch in this market.
The Oceanus OCW-S7000F-2A has a two-tone design, with deep blue and luminous white elements. It has a blue dial with opaque white vapor deposition finished inset dials. The sapphire glass bezel ring has a bright blue finish, and the watch has silver-colored titanium casing and strap.
Casio’s Oceanus OCW-S7000 is a radio-controlled (Multiband 6) watch, with three analog hands and an automatic hand position correction function. Thanks to Bluetooth, you can connect the watch to your smartphone to access features like automatic time correction and a phone finder tool in the Casio Watches app. Two of the inset dials show the day of the week, the battery level, and the time in a 24-hour format. The third is linked to the watch’s 1-second stopwatch function. Plus, this model is solar powered and water resistant to 10 ATM.
In Japan, the Casio Oceanus Manta OCW-S7000F-2A watch is currently available to pre-order for ¥220,000 (~$1,422). Whether or when it will land at the brand’s official stores in other countries like the US or Germany is unclear.
