Lenovo launches thinkplus A510 E-Ink notebook with 10.3-inch display

Lenovo has introduced a new E-Ink notebook with Android 14. The thinkplus A510 also supports handwriting with a pressure-sensitive stylus and comes with cameras for video calls and document scanning.
Its 10.3-inch Kaleido 3 display has a resolution of 2,480 × 1,860 pixels for black-and-white content and 1,240 × 930 pixels in color. The panel reaches 300 dpi in black and white and 150 dpi in color. Color E-Ink is also used in devices such as the Bigme B6, although that device is positioned more as an e-reader.
There's an adjustable front light with warm and cool tones for reading in different lighting conditions. On the note-taking side, the pen input supports 4,096 pressure levels, and the matching thinkplus stylus snaps onto the device magnetically, charging up while it's attached.
The A510 also supports split-screen mode for using two apps at the same time. It has a MediaTek MT6877T processor with eight cores, which can reach 2.6 GHz.

You can choose between 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM, and it comes with 256 GB of storage built in. If you need more space, you can add a TF card to get up to 2 TB extra, which is great for storing lots of books, documents, and other files.
The A510 has a 5 MP front camera for video calls and a 20 MP rear camera with autofocus. Lenovo says the rear camera can also be used to scan documents and notes.
It supports 4G through a SIM card, along with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. There is also a USB Type-C port for wired accessories, including Type-C headphones.
Lenovo has equipped the A510 with eight microphones to provide voice pickup and noise cancellation. Moreover, Lenovo claims to provide 360-degree voice pickup and AI-powered noise reduction in meetings.
The A510 has a 6,900 mAh battery and supports 15 W charging. Lenovo says it can provide up to 14 hours of reading time and up to 168 hours of standby time on a full charge.
The A510 supports common file formats such as PDF, EPUB, TXT, MOBI, AZW3, JPEG, PNG, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX and PPT/PPTX.
