The Jackery Explorer 100 Plus Portable Power Station has been revealed in Europe. The company suggests that the smaller gadget could be useful when camping or on a day out. There are three ports on the device: two USB-C in/out ports with a maximum power of 100W and an 18W USB-A output.
However, the total maximum output for the Explorer 100 Plus is 128W. The power bank has a 99.2Wh LiFePO4 battery, meaning it could be taken on a plane. and you can recharge the power pack via AC, DC or solar power sources. A built-in display shows information such as charge level and input and output power and can be toggled on or off via a button. Plus, the gadget is air-cooled, producing around 45 dB of running noise. Weighing 965g (~2.1 lbs), the power bank has a black and orange finish and comes with a five-year warranty.
The Jackery Explorer 100 Plus Portable Power Station will retail for £139.99/€149.99, launching on November 7. To celebrate its 11th anniversary, Jackery is giving the portable gadget as a gift to customers who purchase selected products before November 5. It is unknown when the mini power bank could launch in other markets such as the US.
