IKEA wants to transform your home with Xbox-themed furniture collection

While Xbox's CEO, Asha Sharma, may have retired the “This is an Xbox” marketing campaign when she took over, it seems it has been resurrected, sort of. Apparently, Xbox and Swedish furniture brand, Ikea, have partnered on an Xbox-themed furniture collection.
A teaser video for the upcoming collection was shared on Instagram by the official Ikea and Xbox accounts, and it shows some of the products. First, we get a glimpse at a plate-like object that is shaped like the 8-way D-pad on an Xbox wireless controller. Then it is followed by what appears to be a coffee table or stool that's modeled after a thumbstick. The video also shows what seems to be an Xbox-green cushion designed like a cross D-pad.
Neither Ikea nor Xbox have shared any other details about the upcoming collection, but there are unconfirmed reports that the collection will be announced at Gamescom later this month. Nevertheless, the videos have received millions of views, showing people are enthusiastic for the reveal. However, there's a chance this might be a limited-edition collection that might also be exclusive to select markets.
It is worth mentioning that Xbox isn't new to releasing appliances or home products based on its consoles and accessories. A few years ago, it released the Xbox Series S toaster which imprints the Xbox logo on your toast. Prior to that, it also released a mini fridge (curr. available on Amazon for $75.99) that is designed to look like the Xbox Series X. Both the toaster and fridge were made in partnership with the Nevada-based consumer product brand, Ukonic!
