Hisense Vidda C1 4K Full Color Laser Projector revealed with 240 Hz refresh rate
Hisense has revealed the Vidda C1 4K Full Color Laser Projector that is currently available to pre-order in China. The device has an RGB tricolor light source, with a 202% color gamut allowing over one billion colors. The projector can deliver 1,350 ANSI lumens brightness, and MEMC technology optimizes the image.
The gadget has a 1.2:1 throw ratio and can produce images from 80-in to 150-in wide. Built into the device are two 10 W speakers, and the projector supports Dolby and DTS technologies, and HDR10 formats. With a 240 Hz refresh rate and 12 ms low latency, the projector is billed as an ideal product for gamers.
A high precision camera module, ALS and other tools give the device a degree of AI with features such as autofocus, auto keystone and obstacle avoidance. You can connect to the projector via USB, HDMI and Ethernet ports, plus you can control the gadget with voice commands. The device is described as portable, measuring 245 x 216 x 179 mm (~9.65 x 8.50 x 7.05-in).
You can now pre-order the Hisense Vidda C1 4K Full Color Laser Projector in China for 7,999 yuan (~US$1,200) with a 100 yuan (~US$15) deposit. The device is expected to ship on June 20th. It is unclear whether or when the projector could be available in other markets.
