After adding four new titles last week, the Nintendo eShop is set to expand again this week with four more releases. These games will launch on December 10 and 13. Details about each title can be found below.
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered - December 10
In Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, players step into the role of Raziel, a betrayed vampire cast into the Abyss by his creator, Kain. Now resurrected as a soul reaver, Raziel seeks vengeance in the dark, vampire-ravaged world of Nosgoth. A key gameplay feature is Raziel's ability to shift between the material and spectral realms, an essential mechanic for solving puzzles and navigating challenges. The dynamic combat system combines melee attacks with clever use of the environment, adding depth to the action-packed experience.
Originally released in 1999 and 2001 respectively, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver and its sequel Soul Reaver 2 are now making a comeback with a Remastered Edition over two decades later. This modernized version revitalizes the iconic action-adventure series with updated high-resolution textures, detailed character models and enhanced lighting effects. Additionally, the controls and combat system have been refined to deliver a smoother and more modern gameplay experience.
