The Asus TUF F15 gaming laptop has repeatedly gone on sale in the past months. The latest sale at Best Buy has brought the RTX 4070-powered laptop back to the lowest price ever. After a discount of $400 on the list price, the Asus TUF F15's price has now receded to only $999.99 (linked at the end).
Specs-wise, the Asus TUF F15 on sale equips a Core i7-13620H CPU, an RTX 4070 laptop GPU with a 140 W TGP, 16 GB of DDR5-4800 memory, and 1 TB of storage. Both the memory and the storage are user-upgradable.

Our testing of the RTX 4070 laptop shows that the GPU plays titles such as Stalker 2 at ~60 FPS (FHD/high), God of War Ragnarok at 105 FPS (FHD/ultra), and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 at 60 FPS (FHD/ultra).
On the CPU side of things, the Core i7-13620H boasts single-threaded and multi-threaded Cinebench 2024 scores of 110 and 691, respectively. These figures put the CPU on par with the latest Lunar Lake APUs in single-core and Meteor Lake Core Ultra 7 165H in multi-core performance.
So, the Core i7-13620H should ensure speedy operation in routine as well as demanding tasks.
Put simply, the Asus TUF F15 is a solid mid-range offering with plenty of gaming performance on offer. Combined with the latest price cut, the laptop is a pretty solid deal for budget-conscious buyers, especially since you can also upgrade the RAM and the SSD down the road.
