Those on the hunt for an affordable pair of earbuds with respectable performance will surely have Jabra's Elite lineup on their radar. Specifically, the Jabra Elite 4 True Wireless earbuds offer a decent experience and are now up for grabs at just $59 at Best Buy, which also happens to be the lowest price ever for these mid-range earbuds.
So, how well do they perform? Well, SoundGuys' comprehensive review paints mostly a positive picture of the Jabra Elite 4 earbuds. Most notably, they feature excellent noise isolation, which largely makes up for the otherwise passable ANC performance. The sound quality is pleasant as well, and the frequency response curve is perfectly respectable. Thankfully, their companion smartphone app offers a pretty upright EQ, which is a welcome addition for listeners with distinctive audio tastes.
The carrying case brags decent build quality, and so do the earbuds themselves. Jabra claims 5.5 hours of battery life with ANC on, and a total of 22 hours with the charging case, which is decent, but we've seen better. Android users will be pleased to know that aptX support is present, whereas iOS users will be disappointed to learn that AAC support is lacking. That said, for just $59, the value proposition is solid with this pair of affordable earbuds.
