Fitbit has redesigned the Device page in its app. Google has been refreshing the look of the Fitbit apps for iOS and Android over the last year or so, most recently focusing on the Health Metrics section.
Now, the design of the Fitbit app's Device page, where you can adjust various settings or choose a new watch face, has been refreshed. This section now closely resembles the equivalent page in the Google Pixel Watch app. At the top of this new page are a larger image of your device, under which you can see its connection status, last sync time and remaining battery level. There are then three cards for Watch faces, Apps and Tiles. Below this is a list of further Settings under groups like Notifications, Device preferences and Fitbit reminders & alerts.
It appears that this redesigned Device section, accessed from the Today tab, has been rolling out to users in recent weeks. Also included in the latest update for its iOS app, version 4.45, is a refreshed layout for Menstrual Health Onboarding. There are bug fixes linked to distances shown on GPS exercise maps and the times for "Reminders to Move" notifications being unadjustable. Plus, Google has resolved a problem where the Fitbit app could freeze when users tapped on exercise details.
The Fitbit app for Android has also been updated to version 4.45, though the change log here only states that there are "Bug fixes and performance improvements". You can download the latest version of the Fitbit app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
