Vivo is rather quietly advertising the European launch of the Vivo X300 series, which will take place close to the official European debut of the Oppo Find X9. This means the currently best Zeiss camera will soon go head to head with the Hasselblad camera flagship phone.
We coincidentally discovered that Vivo is already promoting the official European launch of the Vivo X300 series on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. You can already find initial product pages on some Vivo websites, for example in Austria and the Czech Republic. Those are traditionally the most active countries besides Germany, which has been avoided by Vivo until now due to a lingering patent conflict with Nokia that started a few years ago.
Therefore, the German Vivo website is still effectively defunct and it remains to be seen if that changes before the upcoming X300 launch. Anyhow, the European launch is scheduled to take place on October 30, as the teaser poster below reveals. The already accessible product pages also confirm that the Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300, which have already hit the Chinese market, will be available in at least black and beige/brown color variants. The latter is the compact replacement for last year’s Vivo X200 Pro Mini.
The camera kit with a 2.35x teleconverter will also be available in Europe, hopefully at somewhat more reasonable prices than Oppo’s Hasselblad optics, which will be very pricey according to a recent leak. The product pages do not yet provide all the details, but they are already advertising the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and the 200 megapixel cameras in both Zeiss camera flagships. OriginOS, the successor to FunTouchOS, will also be making its European debut on the new Vivo flagship phones.
The Vivo X300 will officially launch in Europe on October 30, 2025
