The rumored iQOO tablet is now expected to be called the Pad Ultra. Like Lenovo Legion tablets, it's set to launch with accessories that will enhance the gaming experience, and at launch, two color options are expected.

A brand-new iQOO tablet was officially teased by the company's product manager, and it's set to be released alongside the iQOO 16. While a handful of its core specs already leaked before, a new report from Digital Chat Station, a reliable tipster, now shares more information about the device.

Per the leaker, the tablet is set to be called iQOO Pad Ultra, suggesting that this might not be the only tab that the company might release within this year. That is, there could be a refreshed non-Ultra version on the horizon.

Regardless, on the latest report, Digital Chat Station shared that the flagship tablet will be available with a handful of accessories to offer an enhanced gaming experience. This is the same strategy Lenovo uses to make its Legion gaming tablets more attractive to gamers, with the recently released Y700 Infinite being a good example.

To fill you in, the Y700 Infinite is available with a dedicated accessory that converts it into a gaming handheld, and there's another that makes it transform into an arcade station. Lenovo also offers general accessories for this Legion gaming tablet, with the CR7 active cooler being a good example.

Speaking of which, so far, leaks have suggested that the upcoming iQOO Pad Ultra will be a better option over the Legion Y700 Infinite. It's set to come with an 8.8-inch display, which may make it slightly less compact than the recently released Legion gaming tablet, but Digital Chat Station notes that it will have narrow bezels.

Per the reports, the iQOO Pad Ultra will feature an OLED display, and it will be powered by the rumored Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, Qualcomm's next-gen flagship SoC. Digital Chat Station reiterates that there will be a 9,000mAh battery, matching the Legion Tab Gen 5 (curr. $689.99 on Lenovo), and it's set to come with a built-in fan.

There's no concrete word on the launch yet, but previous reports suggested that the iQOO Pad Ultra will be released in China in September 2026. It's expected to be available in black and silver colorways. The company could start to officially share more teasers of the device soon.
