Citizen has announced four new Eco-Drive watches in Singapore: the CA0880-07A, the CA0880-15X, the CA0880-58L, and the CA0885-54X. Each timepiece has a 44 mm diameter (~1.75 inches), with the stainless steel case measuring 12.5 mm (~0.49 inches) thick.
The CA0880-07A has a white dial with black markings, a silver tone casing and a black leather strap. The CA0880-15X has a cream/yellow dial, again with black indexes and indicators, silver casing and a tan leather strap. The CA0880-58L has a dark blue dial with white indexes and black dials, a silver case and matching metal strap. Similarly, the CA0885-54X has a green dial with contrasting white markings, with a black colored metal case and strap.
All of these Citizen watches have a decorative compass ring and a simple date indicator. There are three dials, one of which shows the time in a 24 hour format, and the other is linked to the chronograph function. These timepieces use the Eco-Drive B612 caliber, allowing them to be powered by light. There are also features like an insufficient charge warning and an overcharge prevention function.
In Singapore, the Citizen CA0880-07A and CA0880-15X watches cost S$457.80 each. The CA0880-58L is priced at S$490.50, and the CA0885-54X retails for S$534.10. It is unclear when these new Eco-Drive watches could be released in other markets, such as the US.
