The 2021 Samsung tablet is merely a few months old and its price has already been cut drastically by over 30 percent. Shoppers on the look out for an inexpensive Android tablet this holiday season may want to consider the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite at its new sale price.

Best Buy and Samsung are currently running a sale on the 8.7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite for $129 or $70 USD off the original launch price. The deal is notable as this particular budget tablet is the latest version from Samsung and not some older or outdated model.

The best features of the tablet are its high contrast touchscreen, Dolby Atmos speakers, and respectable real-world battery life of over 13 hours. It's therefore a good fit for at-home entertainment or as a family tablet.

Being a low-end budget model, however, don't expect the best image quality from the IPS touchscreen. We were turned off by the relatively low resolution of 1340 x 800 pixels, narrower viewing angles than usual, and below average color accuracy. We recommend checking out our full review on the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite to learn about its features and our overall take on the system.
