Casio's affordable F-B100W watches with Bluetooth, step-tracking finally launch in the US

Casio's "F-91W with a step counter" has finally reached the US. The FB100W is listed on Casio's US store in all three colourways at $64.95 each, and all three are in stock, with Casio tagging them as September 2026 releases. The options are the FB100W-1A in black with blue accents, the all-black FB100W-1B, and the FB100W-3A in sage green.
It's been a long wait. The watch launched in Japan at the start of August at ¥8,800. It sold out on Casio's own Japanese store within hours of going on general sale. Third-party Japanese retailers picked up the slack after that, with wildly inconsistent pricing.
The US price is at a premium compared to Japan's. ¥8,800 includes 10% consumption tax, so the pre-tax figure is ¥8,000, or about $51. At $64.95 before sales tax, American buyers are paying roughly 28% more.
The pitch is the F-91W case with a sensor inside it. The FB100W counts steps, shows the daily total on the LCD, and tracks progress against a goal you can set anywhere from 1,000 to 50,000 steps in 1,000-step increments. There's a step reminder that nudges you with a beep when you've been still too long, and a six-level graph covering the past seven hours. Bluetooth handles the rest through the Casio Watches app, which brings automatic time correction across roughly 300 cities, a life log, and a phone finder.
The classic stuff is still here. There's a 1/100-second stopwatch with 200 lap records, a countdown timer and dual time.
The case is 41.9 × 38.1 × 8.8 mm and the whole watch weighs 26 g. The band is bio-based resin, the crystal is resin, and the CR2016 cell is rated for around two years.
