In a seemingly accidental leak, Spigen’s product page for an iPhone SE 4 case briefly went online. Just a few hours ago, the transparent case designed for the fourth-generation iPhone SE was unveiled in numerous render images.
We were able to save the corresponding images before the product page was taken offline. While these are not official product pictures from Apple, the phone’s design corresponds to previous leaks and rumors from highly reliable sources like Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, who recently claimed that the iPhone SE 4 would launch in just a few days.
For the first time, a device from the more or less affordable iPhone SE series will adopt a rather modern design from the iPhone 14. Apparently, the phone won’t feature the latest Dynamic Island and sport a notch that was found in earlier Face ID-equipped iPhones.
Therefore, the iPhone SE 2025 won’t offer a home button or Touch ID, as facial recognition will become the default choice in all Apple smartphones. On the back, there is just a singular camera lens, which will likely be based on a modern sensor with 48 megapixels.
The pictures below also reveal an action button instead of a mute switch. There have been some contradicting rumors regarding this change, but it was already clear that the new smartphone would have a USB-C port, which has become mandatory in the European Union.
In terms of pricing, Apple is likely to increase its MSRP for the iPhone SE 4 slightly. At roughly $500, the new handset would still be significantly cheaper than the iPhone 16, which is equipped with the same Apple A18 chipset.
