For years, Caviar has released several luxurious and eye-catching limited editions of Apple iPhones, but the new Gold Collection takes the price to a whole new level. With prices of well over $60,000, Caviar charges an enormous premium compared to the regular Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The collection includes three models, such as the iPhone 17 Pro Bitcoin 18K, which features a gold case that’s engraved with a Bitcoin symbol and cryptographic motifs. The Bitcoin emblem slightly protrudes from the case, and the silver frame is engraved with a serial number from 01 to 03. All models from the Gold Collection probably won’t support wireless charging and MagSafe since the back is made of metal instead of glass.
Either way, the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Palmette 18K comes with a gold case decorated with a palm motif that’s inspired by the UAE. These ornaments are set with more than 100 hand-mounted diamonds, while the Apple logo is also upgraded with diamonds with a diameter between 1.0 and 1.5 mm. Rounding out the collection is the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Solar, which features a less striking design intended to highlight the gold finish.
Price and availability
The Apple iPhone 17 Pro (Max) Gold Collection is now available at Caviar’s online store. Depending on the model and storage configuration, Caviar charges between $67,640 and $88,210 for these golden smartphones. Each of the three models in this series is limited to just three units.
