Anker launches new upgraded Nebula Capsule 3 Laser Projector
Anker has upgraded the Nebula Capsule 3 Laser Projector for various markets worldwide. The original version launched in 2022 as a compact portable model which could be used outdoors. Now, Anker has refreshed the Capsule 3 laser, replacing Android TV 11 with Google TV.
Google TV offers built-in Chromecast for wireless screen sharing, Google Assistant voice commands and access to a wide range of popular apps, features seen on the older model. While customers who purchase the latest model will benefit from the changes, the update is not rolling out retrospectively to older units. Otherwise, the features of the two projector versions appear to be identical. The device is listed with a maximum brightness level of 300 ANSI lumens, a 1080p resolution and an integrated battery that allows you to watch up to 2.5 hours of video content.
You can now buy the upgraded Anker Nebula Capsule 3 Laser Projector for $749.99 at Amazon or the Anker store. The new version also appears to be available in some European countries like the UK and the Netherlands, when purchased directly from the manufacturer, priced at £749.99/€799.99. However, the Amazon listings in these regions suggest the older variant is still sold here. It is unclear whether or when the product could reach other markets like Canada and Australia.
