Anker launches new USB-C Hub (10-in-1, Monitor Stand) with built-in cable
The Anker USB-C Hub (10-in-1, Monitor Stand) has been launched worldwide. The device was rumored on Reddit earlier this month and shares many similarities with the 675 USB-C Docking Station (12-in-1, Monitor Stand, Wireless), which arrived last year.
The new USB-C Hub lets you connect to an external monitor with a 4K@60Hz resolution via HDMI. Data transfer is possible via 5 Gbps USB-A and USB-C ports, or two USB-A 2.0 with a 480 Mbps data transfer rate. Other ports include Gigabit Ethernet, a 3.5mm audio jack, SD and micro SD card slots. One difference between this new model and the older 12-in-1 version is a 3.3 ft (~1 m) built-in USB-C cable to connect to the host device. The USB-C hub is powered via a 100W PD input providing 85W pass-through charging for your laptop.
Anker suggests that the combined USB-C Hub and monitor stand can help you maintain better posture while working, and built-in cable management keeps your desk tidy. The accessory is made from aluminum and measures 21.3 x 8.7 x 3.5 inches (~540 x 220 x 90 mm). You can now buy the Anker USB-C Hub (10-in-1, Monitor Stand) in various countries globally for $149.99/£179.99/€149.99.
