Xiaomi Pocket Power Bank Pro revealed as new compact accessory
Xiaomi has unveiled the Pocket Power Bank Pro 10000mAh 33W, launching in India this August. The company claims it is the most compact 33W power bank, based on data supplied by Amazon, measuring 9.0 cm × 6.4 cm × 2.4 cm (~3.5 x 2.5 x 1.0 inches) and weighing under 200g (~0.4 lbs).
The Pocket Power Bank Pro has three ports, two USB-A and one USB-C, with a maximum power output of 33W. However, how the power is distributed when all three ports are used simultaneously remains to be seen. According to Xiaomi, this 33W output allows you to charge an iPhone 15 Pro Max to 50% in 29 minutes. The 10,000mAh capacity is said to charge a Xiaomi 14 1.6 times or an iPhone XR 2.9 times, and the accessory recharges via a 30W USB-C input, reaching full capacity in under two hours. Also included are a low power discharge mode and protection against 12 issues like short circuits.
The Xiaomi Pocket Power Bank Pro 10000mAh 33W will launch in India on August 30th with an introductory offer, lowering the ₹3,299 (~$39) RRP to ₹1,799 (~$21); it is unclear how long this deal will last. A similar device, the Xiaomi 33W Power Bank 10,000 mAh Pocket Edition Pro, is already on sale in Europe.
