Alldocube has started selling its latest large tablet globally after revealing it earlier this month. To recap, the Ultra Pad follows the iPlay 70 Mini Pro and the iPlay 70 Mini Ultra (curr. $369 on Amazon) that Alldocube launched earlier this year. Incidentally, the Ultra Pad shares the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset as the iPlay 70 Mini Ultra.
However, Alldocube has complemented the 4 nm chipset with a 15,000 mAh battery that supports 33 W wired charging. Additionally, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 combines with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of expandable storage. Please note that while Alldocube advertises the Ultra Pad as offering 18 GB of RAM, 6 GB of this is just a page file derived from its storage rather than dedicated RAM.
Setting that aside, the Ultra Pad also features a 12.95-inch and 2,880 x 1,840-pixel display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the Ultra Pad runs Android 15 overlaid by Alldocube OS 4.1 with an 8-speaker DTS audio system at its disposal. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that Alldocube will ever furnish the Ultra Pad with a major update to Android 16 and beyond.
Currently, the Alldocube Ultra Pad can be picked up in Japan for JPY 44,999 (~$309), which is slightly higher than the company's indicated $299.99 retail pricing. By contrast, the same tablet costs just under $345 on Alldocube's official AliExpress store or $374 with a detachable keyboard included. Please see Alldocube's website for more details.
