Zenless Zone Zero version 3.2 phase 2 live as 3.3 approaches

Phase 2 of Zenless Zone Zero version 3.2, titled "Their Secret Histories," opened on September 30 and runs until October 20, 2026. It introduces S-Rank Wind Stun Agent Roxy and brings back S-Rank Ice Anomaly Agent Promeia for her first rerun. Version 3.3 follows on October 21.

Roxy and Promeia take over the banners

Phase 2 replaces the Claret and Nangong Yu banners that ran from September 9 to September 30. Claret's Bloodmoon Rising channel and Crimson Thirst W-Engine are gone, as is Nangong Yu's rerun with Neon Fantasies. According to HoYoverse's Limited-Time Channels notice, the new channels opened at 12:00 server time on September 30 and closed at 14:59 on October 20.

Roxy, a smith from the Flint Workshop faction, headlines the Cindernight Respite Signal Search. Her signature S-Rank W-Engine, Crimson Moon Casket, is a stun engine usable by any stun agent. Early build guides credit Roxy with strong Daze output and CRIT Rate buffs, which make her a natural partner for Claret, the Electric Armorer from phase 1.

Promeia, a specialist from the Krampus Compliance Authority, returns on the Cold Rain Wanes in the Night channel. Her signature W-Engine, Frostfall Sickle, comes back with her and works with any Anomaly Agent. Weapon pity is tracked separately from Agent pity, so W-Engine pulls do not affect an Agent guarantee.

What comes in version 3.3

Zenless Zone Zero version 3.3 begins after server maintenance on October 21, 2026. HoYoverse revealed its two new S-Rank Agents through a drip marketing campaign in September. Phoenix Reffaella is a Fire Anomaly Agent from the Krampus Compliance Authority, while Severian Lowell is a Wind Attack Agent from the Metropolitan Order Division.

HoYoverse has not yet published the banner order or dates for version 3.3. Community trackers expect Phoenix to lead phase 1 and Severian to follow from November 11, but that remains unconfirmed. A special program livestream reportedly set for October 9 should settle the schedule, so players saving Polychrome and Encrypted Master Tapes may want to wait for it.
