Fate/Grand Order adds Faerie Sugoroku event and new banners

Fate/Grand Order's North American version has launched the Faerie Sugoroku Insect Cage Game, a limited-time event subtitled "To the Ideal One I Seek." It runs from September 25 at 1:00 a.m. PDT to October 15 at 8:59 p.m. PDT. Players need to have cleared Lostbelt No. 4, Yugakshetra, to take part.

How the event works

The story shrinks the Master to miniature size through a mysterious girl's prank, and the Master must play her game to earn a quiet day off. Main Quests unlock daily, and free quests open as players clear them. Completing missions moves the Master's game piece across the board, which unlocks new Main Quests. 

Dice rolls and landing spaces are predetermined, not random. Mission rewards must be claimed manually, as some spaces will not unlock until they are. A high-difficulty Challenge Quest opens September 30 for anyone who completes every limited mission. The Event Shop stays open until October 22 at 8:59 p.m. PDT, letting players exchange event items for a wardrobe key to Kazuradrop's Murian Spiritron Dress, With My Father, and upgrade materials.

Banners and rewards

Two pickup summons support the event. The Kazuradrop banner, headlined by the new five-star Alter Ego, runs for the full event. The Meltryllis banner, which also features four-star Huang Feihu, started October 1 at 9 p.m. PDT. Kishinami Hakuno gets a tripled Friend Point Summon rate of roughly 1 percent for players who cleared Ordeal Call III: Archetype Inception. 

The five-star Craft Essence With My Father adds Ignore Defense, 4 percent Quick and Arts boosts, and 30 percent starting NP charge, plus 100 percent extra event attack, rising to 200 percent at max limit break. Rank-up quests arrive for Yagyu Munenori, EMIYA, and Geronimo, with Meltryllis following October 1. Bleached Earth free quests cost half AP through October 15, except for those from Ordeal Call I and II.

Lostbelt No. 5 support campaign

A separate Lostbelt No. 5 Clear Support Campaign runs through October 31 at 8:59 p.m. PDT. Main Quests in Atlantis and Olympus cost zero AP, Interlude and Rank Up quests for related Servants cost half AP, and limited missions pay out up to six Saint Quartz. Recollection quests add AP fruit and Mana Prisms, and a login bonus grants up to three Leyline Stones, which revive a defeated party in Main Quests.
