Reviews for the Xiaomi Redmi 15C 4G
The Redmi 15C 4G offers a lot for very little money: A PWM-free 120 Hz screen, for example, and a large battery. While you will get your money's worth if you want a large screen, there are disadvantages to the inexpensive phone for the reader to be aware of.

The Redmi 15C has a huge screen and a long-lasting battery, considering its entry-level smartphone segment status. When the device landed on my table, I found it a little too big for my taste, but as time passed, I got acquainted with it. It is also a potential gadget for those wishing to switch from outdated 4G smartphones.

Its starting price of Rs. 12,499 might be more than the Rs 9,999 of its predecessor, but the Redmi 15C brings plenty to the budget table to justify that price rise. Its combination of big display, big battery, and a decent main camera makes the Redmi 15C a solid contender in the budget segment. Pair that with a smooth interface and a processor that sails through everyday chores with ease, and you have one of the best phones that Rs 12,499 can buy.

Xiaomi Redmi 15C was announced on September 18, 2025, and it targets the budget segment with a strong focus on battery life, big display, and long-term software support. The phone features a large 6.9-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate, making scrolling feel smooth in daily use. The 720 × 1600 resolution delivers a pixel density of around 254 ppi, which is acceptable for a phone of this size, though not the sharpest. Brightness goes up to 810 nits in HBM, so outdoor visibility is fairly good.

The Redmi 15C feels more like a modest update to last year’s Redmi 14C with a bigger battery, slimmer design, and faster charging speeds, but the changes in pricing makes it a better offering if you opt for at least the 6GB/128GB variant.
