TCL has expanded its premium flagship TV portfolio by launching a new X955 Max 115-inch TV in India. It boasts a 4K QD Mini LED panel with a variable refresh rate of 144 Hz, a peak brightness of 5000 nits, covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and supports Dolby Vision IQ and HDR 10+. According to TCL, this is the world’s first QD MINI LED TV to boast over 20,000 local dimming zones.
TCL packs its in-house T-Screen Ultra technology into the 115X955 TV to improve contrast and enhance overall image quality. The flagship TV is powered by an AiPQ TM Pro processor, paired with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Software-wise, it uses the Google TV operating system. Furthermore, the device is TUV-certified for low blue light emission and flicker-free operation.
Dimensionally, the QD Mini LED model measures 101 x 59.4 x 17.5 inches (WHD) (2565.4 x 1508.7 x 444.5 mm) (with stand) and weighs 220.9 lbs (100 kg).
