TCL launches two entry-level smartphones with Helio G100 Turbo chipsets and large LCD displays

TCL has silently unveiled the K70 and the K70 Power smartphones on the global market. Both are 4G smartphones and share some similarities in terms of design, display, and processor. Speaking more precisely, both devices feature a large 6.8-inch LCD display that outputs at 1570 x 720p with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
The TCL K70 Power is powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 Turbo chipset paired with up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It has a bigger battery capacity than the K70, boasting a 6,500 mAh battery with 33 W wired charging support. The company claims that the device can last up to 3 days on a single charge.
For photography, the K70 Power has a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50 MP main camera and an unknown lens. Upfront, it has an 8 MP snapper for selfies and video chats. Furthermore, it is rated IP64 for splash resistance. The rest of the highlights include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers with DTS support, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and 4G connectivity.
On the other hand, the TCL K70 features 4 GB of RAM, up to 128 GB of internal storage, and a 5,200 mAh battery. As for price, the K70 is priced at €135.50, while the K70 Power costs €174.50 for the 4 GB + 256 GB model. The device is now available for purchase via Lazada in Thailand. Interested buyers can choose from nebula blue and space gray color options.
