The new year brings fresh material for early fans of the Galaxy S24 flagships. Official promo posters of the Galaxy S23 Ultra successor have been spotted wild, a very high-resolution image of the Galaxy S24 Ultra can be found online and a leaker confirms two new exciting video features in the next Samsung camera flagship.

The last few hours have brought plenty more clues and leaks about the successor to the Galaxy S23 Ultra (available here on Amazon), which is slowly but surely being phased out. Even in some official Samsung stores, the Galaxy S24 Ultra has already arrived in form of early promo posters as can be seen in Brazil for instance:

A resourceful tech fan has also scanned the QR code visible in the promo poster above and managed to get an early, very high-resolution look at the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which we have embedded for you below. Translated from Portuguese it says "With the power of Galaxy AI", clearly a reference to Samsung's future focus on artificial intelligence. Incidentally, the meaning of the word "Samsung" in Korean is symbolized by the three stars, which are likely to be increasingly visible as the logo for Samsung's AI in the future.

New video features: 4K120 and zooming at 4K60

We already told you before the end of the year that Samsung is currently testing whether 4K slow-motion recording at 120 frames per second could be advertised as a feature with the launch of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Now some X users have confirmed the reference to the 4K120 feature with screenshots from the Samsung camera app. Whether this will actually be available in One UI 6.1 remains to be seen, but Ice Universe once again confirmed, that it will at least be possible to switch between focal lengths (i.e. "zoom") at 4K60 while recording, which does not currently work on the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
