The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro offers the right mix of premium design and flagship performance. The all-metal chassis gives it a sturdy yet premium look, while the slim form factor certainly works in favour. The performance is what you expect from a thin and light ultrabook at this price point. The display looks sharp and is surely one of the strong points of the device. The battery life is impressive, and so is the fast charging support. However, the competition is quite tough in this price segment. The HP Spectre x360, Asus Zenbook 14 OLED, and Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 offer similar specifications and performance. So, if you are into a thin and light 2-in-1 laptop and also an existing Samsung mobile user, then the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 will complete your ecosystem.

I have to say this is one of the best Windows options out there at the moment, especially if you have a creative bend. With pricing starting at Rs 1,79,990, there are two things you should consider before opting for this variant: one, do you really need a screen this size, as there are no smaller options available; and, two, are you really going to use the S-Pen with the touch screen? If your answer is not positive for the two questions above, Samsung has great options in the Galaxy Book4 range that offer the rest of the goodness without these features that you pay extra for. But if you answered yes, then this is the best of Samsung and Windows coming together to create a device that can give you a creative edge.

The Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 is not perfect and the 16" convertible form factor and may not be for everyone with it's larger 16-inch footprint. However, it does offer great battery life, touch input, a stunningly beautiful OLED display, and premium build quality. It's also currently on sale for $1499, which is a competitive value for a premium, convertible laptop with these features and capabilities. If you're in the market for a high-quality, thin-and-light machine, and prefer a larger display and the flexibility of a 360 degree hinge, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 is definitely worth considering in this age of the AI PC.

The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 could be an excellent laptop for the right person. Its standout feature is the long battery life, beating most of the Windows laptop field and keeping pace with the MacBook Air. The display can’t be ignored either, with luxurious visuals that are second to none. However, performance falls slightly short of key rivals like the Asus Zenbook 14 OLED, MacBook Air, Acer Swift Edge 16 and LG Gram SuperSlim. As such, if you think you’ll be pushing this device with intensive productivity work and plenty of multitasking, then you may want to consider these excellent rivals. Devices like the Asus and Apple also offer far better audio experiences too. There’s a wide set of options for you to consider in our best laptops guide. Nevertheless, a massive trackpad, 360-degree hinge, solid keyboard, always-excellent S Pen and useful set of ports combine with the other industry-leading standards I’ve mentioned to make this a B+ effort from Samsung.

Such faults as the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 exhibits – no garage for the free S Pen stylus, some thermal issues when you thrash it, a rather cramped SSD and minimal opportunities to upgrade after purchase – are pretty minor and not uncommon to the breed. In the counterbalance, we must consider the excellent display and speaker system, the high-quality keyboard, the Savannah-sized trackpad and the impressive (and not just by Intel standards) battery life. Does that make the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 the best 16in ultralight on the market right now? In a word, yes.

The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 builds upon the previous model with some simple touches, like an improved HDMI port, new anti-reflective coating and a tweaked set of colour options. Other than that, it’s all about the AI capabilities and Samsung ecosystem offerings that Intel’s latest chips and it being a “Galaxy” device can offer. You won’t find it for quite as cheap though, with lower priced variants eliminated this time out. But, if you’re interested in the new higher base spec then there’s thankfully only a £50 price bump from the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360. You’ll have to wait for our full review to fully put this year’s performance, display, audio and battery life through its paces. It’ll also be worth looking out for our coverage of other devices in this range, with the Galaxy Book4 Ultra getting the most upgrades from last year, while there’s a new touchscreen for the standard Galaxy Book4 Pro too.

15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.
