Outdoor Element Roku TV launches with 4K display and anti-glare screen

A tempered, anti-glare screen with more than twice the brightness of Element’s standard 4K TVs improves the outdoor viewing experience, even in sunny weather. Built-in speakers have been designed for outdoor use, cutting through the ambient noise and optimizing audio performance for the environment.

The TV is IP55 rated for protection against rain, snow and humidity. According to Element, the device has “4-season viewing”, allowing you to use the TV in temperatures from -4 to 104°F (-20 to 40°C).

The built-in Roku platform enables you to access streaming services, cable and connected players and consoles. The Outdoor Element TV is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, and Google Assistant so that you can control the gadget with voice commands.

Alternatively, you can control the TV with the accompanying remote or the Roku mobile app. You can now buy the Outdoor Element Roku TV in the US for US$1,299.99. It is currently unclear whether or when the smart TV will be available in other markets.
