Having just introduced the Find X8 Ultra as its first ever flat-screened flagship Android smartphone, Oppo is now believed to phase curved screens out completely in its next-gen handsets, even mid-tier ones like the Reno series.
Those devices have already started to resemble iPhones, with their flat-edged frames made of "aerospace-grade" aluminum and corner-mounted camera humps, in their latest iterations.
The 13 series' successors are also now thought to become more like their more premium Find X8-series counterparts with new variants of the same up-to-date 6.59-inch and ~6.3-inch display form-factors.
Even the Oppo A series, which occupies the next tier down from the Reno line, is backed to spawn a more compact ~6.5-inch option in the near future.
The Reno 14 and/or 15 series might also become increasingly convincing premium mid-rangers with new and super-high-capacity batteries in the near future.
In the meantime, the Reno13 with its exclusive "Luminous" camera hump now starts at just INR 34,818 (~$407) on Amazon in India.
