The Onexplayer 3 is now crowdfunding.
The Onexplayer 3 has launched on Indiegogo, featuring an Intel Arc G3 Extreme, an 8.8-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, and a modular design that works as a handheld, tablet or mini laptop. Its high-end specs and 85Wh battery position it against premium Windows gaming handhelds.

The Onexplayer 3 handheld is now crowdfunding on Indiegogo, where the prices of all configurations can now be seen. The starting price is $1,399 for the 24GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration, while the 24GB/1TB model costs $1,499 and the 32GB/1TB model $1,699. Although smashing the $1,000 mark, the handheld still puts pressure on the likes of the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ (available for just above $1,200 at Amazon), which received a solid 85% in our review.

Powered by the Intel Arc G3 Extreme and Intel Arc B390 graphics, Onexplayer 3 utilizes a 8.8-inch native landscape AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1920×1200. Other display specs include HDR support, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, up to 1100 nits peak brightness and 144Hz VRR. As for the design, the company has opted for a modular 3-in-1 design, using detachable controllers and a magnetic keyboard. This effectively means that it can serve as gaming handheld, a standalone tablet, and a mini laptop.

An 85Wh battery paired with a 35W full-power mode is on board. Cooling is handled by an 11,203 mm² vapor chamber and a 16,644 mm² aluminum fin array. As always, a crowdfunding campaign does not guarantee availability, so potential buyers should familiarize themselves with the risks before deciding to make a purchase.
