ONVY app merges health data from over 300 services including Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin and Oura
The ONVY app can collate statistics from your wearables, even if they are from different manufacturers. The company claims that this is the first platform to provide a cross-brand overview of your health data. The list of compatible wearable brands includes Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Google Fit, Withings and Polar; the ONVY states that it can collect data from over 300 services.
The app is described as “your mindful health companion”, providing you with the data you need to maintain your wellbeing. The platform gathers the data from your wearables to give you an overall Balance Score from 1 to 100.
This statistic is based on four separate scores for mindfulness, stress, activity and recovery. The Mindfulness Score measures how many minutes you spent doing mindful activities, and the Recovery Score looks at metrics like your sleep quality and resting heart rate.
The Stress Score is based on heart rate variability and ambient noise metrics, while the Activity Score looks at your steps and workouts. ONVY can provide personalized reports and forecasts, and an AI Health Coach can recommend physical and mental health exercises.
The ONVY platform has been endorsed by professional athletes such as Moritz Leitner and Andreas Voglsammer. The company is currently publicly beta testing an iOS app, which it continues to build out. It is unclear whether or when an Android app will be available.
