The Withings ScanWatch Horizon is now available in the US. The watch builds on the original ScanWatch but with a sleeker design. The newer device has a rotating stainless steel bezel that you can use to scroll to find features. Plus, the bezel doubles as an electrode to record an ECG.

Another health feature of the watch is its medical-grade SpO2 sensor. The ScanWatch Horizon is water-resistant up to 330 ft (~100 m) or 10 ATM, double the water resistance of the ScanWatch. You can use the watch to track your activity with smart movement detection and connected GPS.

You can also use the device to track your sleep; the gadget can monitor your sleep cycles and any breathing disturbances to produce your Sleep Score. You can view all of your insights in the accompanying Withings app.

The device comes with two wristbands, one made of stainless steel and another fluoroelastomer sport band used for the older model. The watch has a sunray brass dial, a diameter of 43 mm (~1.7-in) and weighs 72 g (~2.5 oz).

You can now buy the Withings ScanWatch Horizon in the US for US$499.95 in green or blue. The gadget is also available in Europe for €499.95.
