New Ugreen FineTrack Slim AirTag alternative with wireless recharging launches

Ugreen has released an upgraded version of the FineTrack Slim Smart Finder in Europe. The original version of the accessory launched in 2025 as a competitor to the Apple AirTag.
The new Ugreen FineTrack Slim has one key upgrade: a wirelessly rechargeable battery. While its predecessor also has a rechargeable battery, lasting for around 12 months, it requires a dedicated charging cable. Now, users can charge the tracker by placing it on a wireless charging pad. It is worth noting that this is not included with the product.
Ugreen’s FineTrack Slim (Wireless) also has a slightly louder buzzer, playing an up to 100 dB sound. Otherwise, it appears to be identical to the original model. Designed for iOS users, it supports the Apple Find My network with global positioning. Features include left behind reminders, remote search and the ability to share the item with others. It is marketed as IP68 dust and water resistant, though its measurements are not given; if it is the same size as the original, it will measure 8.5 x 5.3 x 0.17 cm (~3.35 x 2.09 x 0.67 inches).
You can now buy the new Ugreen FineTrack Slim in the UK for £24.99, and in EU countries like Germany for €24.99 RRP (curr. €18.99 at Amazon). It is unclear when this version of the tracking accessory will be released in the US.
