Ugreen's new 17-in-1 Thunderbolt 5 docking station with triple monitor support gets launch discount

Ugreen is now selling a new premium Thunderbolt 5 docking station that offers more and faster ports than the previous Revodok Max 2131 (curr: $299.99 at Amazon) released in 2025. Called the Maxidok 17-in-1 Thunderbolt 5 Docking Station, this new model increases the total number of ports from 13 to 17, making it better suited for demanding productivity setups.
Built around Thunderbolt 5 with 120 Gbps performance, the Maxidok 17-in-1 provides a total of 17 high-speed ports, including three Thunderbolt 5 ports, with two for desk accessories. On the front, the dock features three 10 Gbps USB-C ports, SD and microSD 4.0 card slots, and a 3.5 mm combo audio jack. Around the back are the Thunderbolt 5 ports alongside three 10 Gbps USB-A ports, a DisplayPort 2.1 output, a 2.5 GbE Ethernet jack, and dedicated audio input and output ports.
Unlike other premium Thunderbolt 5 docks like the CalDigit TS5 Plus (curr: $499.99 at Amazon), Ugreen also includes a PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slot that supports SSDs up to 8 TB.
That said, the docking station works with both Mac and Windows PCs. It supports dual 6K displays at 60 Hz on recent MacBooks and up to three 4K displays on Windows PCs via Thunderbolt 5 and DisplayPort. Ugreen ships the dock with a 240 W power adapter, which delivers up to 140 W of charging power for the connected laptop and 60 W shared between the USB-C ports. The dock itself features a premium aluminum unibody design with gold accents and includes a 60 mm cooling fan to help keep temperatures in check.
The Ugreen Maxidok 17-in-1 Thunderbolt 5 Docking Station is now available globally for $499.99 through Amazon and Ugreen. However, a launch discount currently drops the price to $389.99 on the Ugreen website, but shipping begins on March 24. As for alternatives, the CalDigit TS5 Plus is the best option, offering more ports (20) for the same price before discounts.
